How this works, in plain words
These are the terms behind “send it to the studio”. Short on purpose, because there is nothing to hide in the fine print.
Seeing your site is free
When you send us your brief, we read it, we check it is really yours to ask for, and if we can build it we build the whole thing. You get a private link. Looking costs nothing and you owe us nothing.
Keeping it is one payment of $800
If you love it, you pay once and the site is yours outright. Hosting is free, you can take the whole site away with you any time, and there is nothing monthly, ever. If $800 is genuinely out of reach for your group, tell us about yourselves and a person will look at it.
What you promise us
That the project is yours to ask for. That any photos, words or files you hand over are yours, or you have real permission to use them. If something in your material turns out to belong to someone else, that sits with you, and we will take it down as soon as we know.
What we promise you
Your preview stays private and hidden from search engines until you decide. We never edit your own photos. Nothing goes public without your say so. If you walk away, your brief and files are deleted on request.
What we can decline
We check every request, and we say no to anything that is not honest, safe and legal, or that is about an organisation that did not actually ask us. If we decline, we tell you plainly.
No promises on timing
We are a small studio and we build carefully. Most previews are quick. None are guaranteed by a date.
